Are the pottery lessons anything like 'Ghost'?
If Adam had a pound for every time he was asked that he would be a rich man so regrettably the answer is no.
Are you a dog friendly studio?
We love dogs and well behaved ones on a lead are welcome for a visit. If you are coming for a workshop or a pottery painting session we would ask that you leave your for legged friend at home. Assistance dogs are always welcome.
Do I have to pay upfront for my lessons?
Our policy is that all bookings must be paid for in advance. Parties will be required to pay a non returnable deposit to secure the booking.
What if I am late for my lesson or need to change the date?
Unfortunately parking in Brighton and Hove can be a nightmare and if you are coming in by car, please leave time to find a space and arrive on time for your lesson. If for any reason you cannot make the lesson or you need to change the date, we do need 24 hours notification. If you phone on the day, unfortunately the lesson or workshop will have been lost.
How long have I got to come back to paint my hand thrown bowl?
We keep student pieces for three months after notifying you they are bisque fired. If you don't contact us within this time we donate unclaimed pieces to schools in the local area.
If I book a lesson and then cancel hoping to rebook, can I redeem the lesson nearly a year later?
If you have not re booked within three months of the original date then the purchase will be void. We have to draw a line somewhere.
